Personalized celiac care rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience. Whether you're newly diagnosed or still struggling years later, I'm here to help you confidently navigate life beyond "just go gluten-free."

Before I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I spent years searching for answers. Like so many others, I lived with unexplained symptoms, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of not knowing why I didn't feel well. When I finally received my diagnosis, I was relieved to have an answer—but I quickly realized the support often ended with, "Just go gluten-free." There was little guidance on navigating daily life, managing ongoing symptoms, or understanding the many pieces of living well with celiac disease. That experience inspired me to create The Whole Celiac.
As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and someone living with celiac disease, I combine evidence-based medical knowledge with firsthand experience to provide the kind of care I wish I'd had. Whether you're newly diagnosed, struggling with persistent symptoms, or wondering if there's more contributing to how you feel, my goal is to help you find answers, regain confidence in your health, and build a personalized plan that supports your whole well-being. You deserve more than a diagnosis—you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

These aren't just statistics. They're the gap I'm here to help close.

You deserve more than to be handed a diagnosis and sent on your way. I understand celiac from both sides — as the provider and the patient — so the support you get is informed by real expertise and real experience navigating this every day.
That means no rushed appointments, no judgment, and no sorting through misinformation alone. Whether you're newly diagnosed or years in and still struggling, I'm here to help you understand your body, manage your health, and feel confident moving forward.
As a licensed nurse practitioner, I bring real medical knowledge to your care — from interpreting labs and monitoring for complications to building a treatment plan that's grounded in science, not guesswork.
I don't just understand celiac clinically — I live it. That means I get the daily realities, the frustrations, and the questions you're facing, because I've faced them too.
No two people experience celiac the same way. Your support is built around your symptoms, your history, and your life — so you get guidance that actually fits.
